I am currently residing in Reno, Nevada, newly married to my sweet Clay, and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My hope & desire for this blog is to provide nuggets of nourishment & encouragement; to pass along things that have helped me heal and process through my own experiences of anxiety, depression, Adderall addiction, and just life in general. I pray that my story in some way, shape, or form provides you with strength or at least a sense of comfort as you live out your own.
